Healing and self love... I really must focus on both of these this month. I am seeing a therapist for the first time, which equals remembering a lot of childhood negativity and actually saying what's on my mind which is usually only reserved for Jen's ears. With Jen, I feel safe, comfortable, protected. I can say anything, without feeling worried, angry or silly. Being in someone's office doing the same? Mrfh. Luckily she is right there with me, holding my hand!
ReplyDeleteThank you for posting this little series, as always, Marissa!
